Liability for Contents

The information provided by UniteLabs GmbH ("we", "us" or "our") on our websites and web applications (collectively, the “Services”) is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Services is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Services.

As service providers, we are liable for our own content on the Services under general laws as per § 7 (1) of the Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of such legal infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our Services contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content on the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
