Data Standards, Built In
Support for Allotrope and more. Bring your own schema and stay validated.
Structure your data from day one, connect disconnected systems, and set your lab up for smarter decisions and scalable insights.

Most labs collect data, but few know how to use it. Without structure, context, and flow, valuable insights stay buried.

Automatically capture raw data and enrich them with context from every device and protocol in your lab. Gain full visibility into what’s happening, when, and why.
Centralize structured and unstructured data in one secure, accessible place. Store everything with lab-grade security and a future-ready architecture designed for scale.
Your favorite tools stay front-and-center. Trigger pipelines directly from ELNs, LIMS, or other third-party app to acquire, transform, and store data. Get your results right back where they’re needed.
From schemas to storage, connect every data point and make it work for you.

Support for Allotrope and more. Bring your own schema and stay validated.

Automate everything: from simple captures to large-scale analysis.

Run automation and manage data all in one place.

Store structured or Blob data, and query it on the fly.

ELNs, LIMS, vaults - our connectors bring them into your workflows.

Results, processes, metadata, IoT; real-time or file-based, we’ve got it.
If you have more questions about turning your data into a valuable resource then contact us. We'd love to hear from you.
We support S3-compatible Blob and SQL storage. Whether you use a cloud, hybrid, or on-premise setup – we can configure your existing infrastructure or fresh storage of choice.
Yes. We support common industry standards like Allotrope - plus, we make it easy to define your own custom schemas and tables.
Of course. Our APIs make it simple to connect your data with ELNs, LIMS, dashboards, and more.
Check our Hub for the latest list of supported instruments - or just ask us. We’re constantly expanding.
Your workflows are written in Python, built on open standards, and owned entirely by you. There's no proprietary runtime, no black box, and no automation that only works inside our ecosystem. Whatever happens, your code stays yours.
UniteLabs is built around three deployment models, so you choose the setup that fits your security requirements. The hosted cloud option is managed by UniteLabs and is the fastest to get running. For organizations that need tighter controls, a private cloud deployment puts the platform inside your own infrastructure. For labs with strict data locality requirements or air-gapped environments, full on-premises deployment is available.
For EU customers, data is stored on EU-based infrastructure by default. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL, data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer, and credentials are managed via a dedicated secrets store — never hard-coded into workflows. Authentication runs on SAML with RBAC across the platform, and 2FA is supported. Every workflow execution is fully logged and traceable.
For enterprise deployments with specific compliance requirements, we work through the details directly with your IT and security teams.
Most common lab formats are supported, and if yours isn’t, we’ll help you get it connected.
They’re standardized frameworks for structuring lab data - designed to make it easier to share, store, and analyze.
Format = how it’s saved. Structure = how it’s organized. Standard = agreed rules across tools. We help you handle all three.
No. UniteLabs sits alongside your existing stack, not on top of it. Your ELN and LIMS remain your system of record — UniteLabs connects to them, triggers workflows from them, and returns results back into them automatically. If you have a data warehouse, UniteLabs feeds it structured, context-rich data rather than replacing it. Think of it as the layer that makes your existing tools work harder, not another system to migrate to.
It means every result is traceable back to exactly how it was produced. When a workflow completes, the output isn't just a file — it's a result linked to the instrument that ran it, the protocol version used, the sample IDs involved, the labware configuration, and a precise timestamp. If you re-run an experiment three months later and get a different result, you have everything you need to understand why.
In practical terms: no more hunting through USB transfers, renamed files, or lab notebooks to reconstruct what happened. The chain of custody is captured automatically, at every step.
